State‑level Embodied AI Platform Lands in Chengdu to Train Robots with Sourced Datasets
On July 11, 2026, OpenAtom OpenLET, a national open‑source embodied AI dataset community, launched a Chengdu working group at UESTC. It has open‑sourced 60,000+ minutes of real‑robot data to lower R&D barriers. The group will partner with local universities and enterprises to add southwest‑specific data, drive research and talent training, and empower smart manufacturing and humanoid robotics in western China.
